Our proposal outlines a detailed scope of work for all the phases and agreed-upon deliverables. This typically includes design and production management. If we get to the implementation phase and you have additional needs, we can provide you with a quote for the extra work.

With your go-ahead, we’ll send an agreement outlining expectations and a deposit invoice for 25% of the project’s total fees. The remaining fees are invoiced with the close of each phase throughout your project.

We like to kick off our projects with a thorough look into the mission, vision, goals, and challenges of your project. This is roughly an hour-long interview with key stakeholders. From there we conduct an audit, develop a visual direction and strategy to guide the project, and ensure we’re all on the same page. This phase concludes with another meeting to review our findings and chat about possibilities.

The look and feel of the brand starts here. What does your logo look like itty-bitty on a poster? Or super big on the side of a skyscraper? We charge a fixed fee based on the agreed scope and deliverables, and the engagement can run anywhere from $25k – $120k. A brand identity project can take anywhere from 3 months to a year.
